The food is very varied, and of great flavor, the service is good, the flavors are very good, as well as dishes that I would say are not so common in food, but very good. Plus they can get lost in the photos you have. On its walls as well as in the messages of those who have passed by there.

Fonda with rich flavor of its dishes, its drowned tlacoyos highly recommended, and the panacota as a dessert is delicious, in addition to Emilia's excellent service. I recommend it.

The food is delicious and the place is quiet. It is located next to the church, payment only in cash and invoice. Nearby is a Banamex and a Bancomer.

If you visit Apan, Hidalgo, be sure to visit this restaurant, it is located in a mansion from the late 16th century, it transports you back in time. But what you enjoy is its regional and fusion cuisine, tremendously delicious. Served by its owners in a very warm manner. The dishes are prepared with seasonal regional products of excellent quality. 100% recommended.

The place has a wonderful location as it is across the street from the church. I love its theme because, as I show in the photos I uploaded, it has a rustic style and with many old photos. Their food and service are fantastic, although there are somewhat high prices especially for appetizers, as far as the dishes are concerned, everything is great because the seasoning is delicious. Personal recommendation: order Swiss enchiladas.
